Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I am the ERP Specialist for the company. We just went live with Acumatica in January. I am the on staff support for the ERP system. I know this will be a huge benefit to this company. I'm excited about our future. As a consumer goods company, leveraging SPS Commerce with our EDI customers has already started to show its value.
Pros
- Ease of use.
- All in one.
- Adaptable
- Access from anywhere.
- User friendly.
Cons
- CPG
- Form reports being exported to Excel without the lines.
- Importing of GL Detail from other systems.
- More efficient system.
- User adoption was effortless.
Haven't had a chance to use it. Our team is very excited about the new AI features announced at this year's keynote and looks forward to leveraging them to move us forward. Order processing, planning, KPIs, and other AI tools are exactly why we attended the summit.
We've only been live for a short time, since January 2, 2026.
Faster turnaround. Quick eCommerce integration. Planning, Logistics, Order Processing, Quality, Finance, Accounting, all of our departments have been implemented and are leveraging the use of the system. Being at the summit and meeting with the Acumatica team and others was priceless. We look forward to the opportunities ahead. Phase 2 and fast follow are next.
We gained abilities we didn't have in the previous SAP system. Having the additional options provided by SPS Commerce for our EDI customers has added so much value to our business. Scheduling email sends to our non-EDI customers wasn't easily available in our previous system.
Acumatica's flexibility, user interface, reporting, customizable system, data imports, Power BI integrations, exportable reports, and connections to other systems make it a stand-alone ERP solution. Finding another system capable of doing this would be a good find. Head above the others. In-system emailing. Import/export of data to and from anywhere.
