Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We primarily use Adobe for contracts and insurance related forms. The rest of our use cases are more ordinary opening up documents in emails, etc.

Adobe is the gold standard for editing PDFs.
I'm not sure its impact on security and compliance standards.
Acrobat allows files to be edited, and works very well at doing so.

For the most part, yes. Most tasks are straight forward. There are some advanced features, but I've rarely used those anyway. Training is probably not necessary for those who are mildly technical.
