Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use Adobe Acrobat for documents and agreements, i.e. new distribution agreements, NDA agreements, pricing offers, etc.. By utilizing this software I am able to convert documents so I can make the necessary changes and add my virtual signature where needed. It is a universal program which many worldwide clients use and are able to open the documents I send. It is important for us as an international company to use a program which can work in other countries as well.

I hate trying new software and Adobe Acrobat has been around for a long time and very easy to use and user friendly for people who are less tech savy in our company. This was important as we needed everyone to be able to amend and e-sign documents remotely and in a timely manner.
I honestly have not run into any security or compliance issues since using Adobe Acrobat and hope that I will not in the future. I think there is a risk factor with any software or cloud based program which you utilize. Adobe is a well trusted name and I feel that they will do everything to protect their clients.
We ultimately decided to go with Adobe Acrobat as they are a well recognized name in the industry. We deal with a lot of private agreements, business and marketing plans and we needed a top tier known program to ensure safety and compliance as well as confidentiality. It is also an Internationally known program.

I use Adobe Acrobat mainly for editing documents such as agreements, price offers, etc. This is very critical for us as we need to be able to amend NDAs and distribution agreements in every territory where we launch. Another benefit is that this program works well world wide with no issues.

I do not feel Adobe Acrobat is good for documents with a lot of visual images but more for text type documents.

5 - The different users in our organization that use the Adobe Acrobat program are from all different departments. Our management team, marketing team, sales team and accounting all utilize Adobe Acrobat program. It is the type of program that is helpful for everyone in any position or function within the company.
We do not have any in-house support for Adobe Acrobat, any one needing support would need to reach out directly to Adobe for support .

Adobe Acrobat is a very useful program and a very easy to use program. It is convenient, reasonably priced and can be used for multiple departments, positions and departments.

I have only used on my computer Adobe Acrobat but it has been very simple and easy to use. Everything is simple and user friendly.
