Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat as our main PDF Editor application. We use it to create, edit and especially optimize PDFs file size. As we work with projects that are very visual and a lot of times we have to share a PDF presentation of those projects to stakeholders either through e-mail or a specific platforma (that many times have file size limits), optimizing PDFs efficiently is very important for us.
  • Optimizing PDFs file size
  • Editing PDFs
  • Creating PDFs from other Docs formats
  • The User Interface can be Improved
  • It would be great if the Cloud Adobe Acrobat functions were more robust
  • The Optimization of the PDFs could have more user options
  • Optimizing PDFs
  • Editing PDFs
  • Creating PDFs
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
  • Other
As I mentioned, we already use Adobe Creativa Cloud for other software as Photoshop and Premiere, so Adobe Acrobat being part of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is the main reason why we use it. It's already available for the price we pay for the complete suite and is a good software, solving most of our PDF problems.
  • Positive Impact as it's Efficiency in Optimizing PDFs that we had to send to stakeholders were important for some business opportunities
  • Positive Impact, as we already pay for Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Positive Impact, as we have a better workflow maintaining our PDF needs within an Adobe product
Ww think Adobe is a well-known and trusted company, so we never had any doubts about the security of the informations that we put in documents that we pass through their software. So, it's a positive impact, as Adobe's reputation help us not worry about having the information in our documents insecure in any way.
I think Adobe Acrobat is better designed, has better and more robust options and is more secure than the cloud services that those sites provide. Acrobat also is already integrated in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, so is cheaper to use it, because in those tools above you have to pay for using the more robust features.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

I recommend Adobe Acrobat because many companies already subscribe to the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, so with that they already have a powerfull tool for their PDF editing needs at their hands. There are a lot of PDF editing sites and cloud services that are expensive and not so good as Adobe Acrobat, so for the companies that already have Adobe Creative Cloud, I see Adobe Acrobat as the way to go. However, if the company doesn't have Adobe Creative Cloud and don't need it for other software, maybe another PDF tool is better suited.
