Great and reliable.
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use low-resolution PDF files to share design work. Often, a scaled-down, emailable version is provided for our team to view and review. Sometimes we have display issues where the PDF file does not preview layers from Illustrator or Photoshop. This is difficult for our internal team to review art files because they will not display the way they're supposed to. A common workaround is to just share a screenshot PNG instead.
Pros
- Easy to share.
- Easy to resize.
- Print-friendly.
- Opens well on mobile.
Cons
- More printing settings, like being able to adjust the margins and place the print area on the page when the file size is larger than the page, and I only want to print one section. Illustrator has this feature. Often, we print from Illustrator instead, because of this limitation.
- Improved security.
Integration with other systems.
I work in the creative department, so I'm not familiar with how the rest of the company is using. However, I know they use and prefer their files in Acrobat.
