Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
It is used company-wide, for all users that need to view PDF’s. We needed a way to easily see, view, use, sign, print, share, and comment on PDFs. Adobe Acrobat DC gave that to us in one program. It is very easy to use and clean. You can very easily sign a pdf with your REAL signature. And use it again and again, quickly and fast. When it comes to making comments and notes or annotating it’s very good. I like it a lot. Printing a document just to sign it, and then scan it to email it was very time consuming, and waste of paper. With Adobe it is fast and easy.
Pros
- Easily sign letters.
- Make comments.
- Create stamps like “approved”.
- Add notes to PDFs.
- Can share documents quickly and fast.
Cons
- Some features you need to buy and upgrade to use them
- You need to teach yourself how to use all the cool features, once you do it’s a great program, there are some really cool features to use
- Saves time for getting documents signed
- All the basic features are very easy to use.
- You need to spent a few mins and play around with it in order to get comfortable with it.
- Overall the impact was very good. Saves time, resources, and wasting paper.
I haven’t really used or looked for other products to use. Adobe has all the features I need. I used Google Drive for a bit because it works well on a smart phone. But on a desktop computer I prefer Adobe, for it is easy to use, the tools and features are not hard to navigate, and use. The look of it is sleek and comforting to use.
