Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe DC is a great solution to a common problem. Clients often send us PDF documents that we need to edit and there really is no way other than Adobe. We can easily click to insert any text or images we need, plus we can digitally sign a document if needed.

  • Insert or remove pages from PDF documents.
  • Price is high.
  • Editing text sometimes requires changing the font.
  • Has saved us time.
  • Ease of use for employees.
  • System compatibility.
Adobe DC seems much easier to use overall.
We've never needed the support. But based on what I know about support from Adobe for their other products, it's probably a 5. The type of situation where you hit or miss getting the issue resolved because you're speaking to someone in a foreign country reading off a script. You shouldn't need support for this product though as it's very easy to use and learn.

Adobe Acrobat is best suited for businesses who need to make edits to PDFs - whether it be text, images, or adding/removing pages. It is also a good solution for signing digital documents and emailing back instead of going through the pain of printing, signing, scanning, and emailing. All around, it's a great PDF software that allows full customization of your documents.
