Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Working in HR, I have a lot of employment verification forms coming my way! It's convenient to use Adobe when I'm filling out these forms or when I'm signing an agreement. It's so easy to send agreements back and forth using Adobe, and it makes filling out government forms a little more, dare I say, fun? It at least takes out quite a bit of stress!
  • Sending documents for signing
  • Storing signatures for signing documents
  • Makes filling out forms incredibly easy
  • Edit text and make adjustments
  • I'd love if there was an eraser/white-out tool once a document has been signed by me
  • Signing documents (Fill & Sign)
  • Sending documents to be signed
  • Exporting pages from a document
  • The ability to Password-protect a document
  • Combining files
  • Increased productivity
  • Increased operational efficiency
  • Improved security with signatures and sensitive information
It's so easy to use and makes navigating a wordy document much easier.
Working in HR means working with sensitive employee information. I love that Adobe has a way to password-protect a document -- I've used this in numerous cases when I needed to protect sensitive information. Now, we are very careful with the information we send out via email. If there's a possibility that it could be intercepted, we "password-protect" it!

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

It's perfectly suited for working in HR or operations, since it's great for filling out forms quickly, signing documents, processing signatures, etc. It might not be ideal (or come in handy) for someone who does not deal with words as much - for example, someone who works at a call center and spends most of their time on the phone.
