Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat DC has been a great resource for my current company. I have also used it at past companies. In every instance I have used it, it has allowed our company to reduce paper waste and keep documents all digital. It allows for easy and convenient access to scan, sign, and print documents no matter the time, place, and device you are using. The user's face is clean and simple, and the use of symbols allows for quick and easy functionality. As a company with many locations and employees all over, it has been a great resource for handling documentation and remaining compliant.

We use Adobe Acrobat DC across multiple devices - laptop, desktop, and tablet. It works seamlessly across all of these devices and allows processes to remain running efficiently. Whenever someone needs to sign something and they're on their iPad, they can just edit on that device and don't have to get up and get on their computer. It has allowed for great efficiencies and improved workflows. It has also been easy to train others on who aren't as comfortable with technology.
We have had no issues in regards to security and compliance. Having worked with Adobe products for many years, I trust their efforts in investing in quality security. We use Adobe Acrobat daily for highly confidential paperwork and don't blink an eye when doing so. Acrobat has allowed us to keep transactions digital, increasing our own security and compliance by not having papers scattered everywhere.
In comparison to DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat has more features and functionality. DocuSign is a great resource for collecting signatures outside of the company; however, Adobe Acrobat has been great for us inhouse.

In a past experience, we Adobe Acrobat DC in a company of over 1000 employees spread across multiple states and locations. It allowed us to timely collect signatures and complete paperwork. It is quick and easy and only takes a minute or two to collect a signature and email a completed form back. Being digital has allowed for greater efficiencies across the whole company, and Adobe Acrobat DC has tremendously helped. In my current role, we use it across our construction company to make notes on drawings and share back and forth between the different roles within our construction team. The app is great for use on an iPad as well for some of the management who prefers working on their iPads rather than on desktop or laptop.
