Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
We utilize Adobe Acrobat [Reader DC] to review PDF documents and construction drawings. We also use it to create, fill out, and execute forms.
- Convert PDF documents
- Create PDF documents
- Edit, share, and sign PDF documents
- View and comment on PDF documents
- The ability to edit a PDF after it has been signed
- Better fillable forms
- Creating fillable forms
- Signing PDF documents
- Sharing document changes between team members
- We have saved a lot of time (and therefore money) by converting our paper forms to digital, fillable forms using Adobe
Some of team members use Bluebeam to view and edit PDF documents. I find Adobe to be more user friendly but others like the added tools and functionality of Bluebeam especially when marking up construction plans and drawings.
