Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Specifically, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is very useful in our Regulatory Department and widely used across this department in my company. We often work with large documents and files that must be submitted via various pathways to Regulatory bodies. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC makes it very easy to comment or highlight changes on these documents when providing to regulators. It also allows for easy electronic signing of documents during a time where many people are working remotely.
  • Very easy and user friendly to navigate a large document.
  • Easy to leave comments on a document for others to see.
  • Fill and Sign function is very useful especially in remote work.
  • Would be nice to be able to rotate pages in reader, or make this function more clear as sometimes pages are difficult to read and not able to rotate.

  • Fill & Sign function is extremely helpful in remote work spaces. It prevents the need for hard copy signatures and speeds up processes.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is much more simplified than other Adobe products I've used. I think this is beneficial when used by a broader audience, as there is a shorter learning curve, while many other platforms are much more complex.

The fill and sign function on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is simplified, however Adobe Sign is much better for authors completing documents that require multiple signature or multiple fillable fields.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC offers the functions you need to review PDF documents if you do not need to alter them at all. It would be nice to have slightly more functions that won't edit the PDF, but can allow for ease of use, such as rotating a page to read. This is a great tool when reviewing a final document and leaving suggestions to the author, or sending a document out for signature.

This software is not ideal for PDF's that require any editing or organizing, as sometimes is needed when prepping documents.
