We work in sales, and hence we have to use it to send the documents to the client for signing, i.e. NDA, DPA, or an order form/agreement.
- Easy to upload the pdf directly to Adobe Acrobat Signand assign the required fields for signing
- The process for approval internally is also convenient
- digital signature is easy to access and is always saved
- easy to track the document status
- no need to explain the clients how to use it, as it's very intuitive

I am not the decision maker but if I were one, I would say the ease of use because its fairly easy and convenient to send the doc for signing.
