Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

Adobe Analytics is used by data analysts and various power users to understand the status of the business, follow and monitor KPIs and also to analyze and understand what could have happened in the past and try to provide an answer or/and analyze various scenarios in order to take better informed the decisions that will drive potential revenues. It is used for a variety of purposes.

Adobe Analytics provides a better cost structure and is more affordable. Also, the support offered by Adobe is strong and accommodating. At the end of the day, it's hard to access the difference without using various analytics tools, I will suggest asking for a demo and free usage for a specific use case before making any decision. Also, be transparent about your data literacy and data management.
This is a nice tool for any organization with enough data literacy maturity when you can have analysts and power users working alongside it. Obviously, you will need to have data ready and some data management in order to make this tool efficient and provide insights. If in your business you have enough data points to understand very well how your business is operating, this tool could be for you.
