Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We use Adobe Analytics daily to measure campaign and web performance and to help identify areas of improvement for future optimization. Adobe Analytics helps us determine where to further invest from a web component standpoint and from a campaign standpoint.

Pros

  • Pathing analysis
  • Quick page level and event tracking reporting
  • Quick dashboards for stakeholders and exploration

Cons

  • The visuals and ability to customize the visual layer of the dashboards is lacking. Perhaps something exists, but it would be very beneficial to have something similar to LookerStudio for Adobe Analytics where dashboards and reports can be further customized according to stakeholder requests and how to best visually represent data.
  • We were able to leverage Adobe Analytics data on a major overhaul to a popular website component to determine changes to the component and to also report on success of the changes. It was such a large improvement to our KPIs that the data was reported to the CEO.
Integration with our tech stack, our way of conducting analytics, and the success we've seen with Adobe Analytics reporting.
