Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign
It is used by our company to implement one of our clients email marketing programs.
- Campaign allows you to be very granular in workflows.
- Ability to use programming and database selection right in the workflow and message components
- Persistent delivery landing pages is helpful and unique
- Mac client!
- The ability to be so granular and customizable can be a hinderance to new users
- We've run into some minor issues with using external data, but it is really a unique issue to our specific use case
We spent a long time developing a customer journey with a series of related messages. Customers enter the workflow and over time their actions dictate what path in the workflow they will take. The customizability of the workflows and messages has been perfect for this. We were able to set up the workflow and because all of the options are baked in, we don't have to touch it anymore.
As earlier stated, it is really about the customizability. We used and still do use the other platforms mentioned. But our clients on Adobe Campaign needed a more sophisticated solution. We would be able to achieve the same outcomes on a different tool, but the difference is they would require much more regular and manual attention.
- Email
Right now we are only using the Email channel in Adobe Campaign and are only using one profile. However, we have started to research SMS and Direct Mail strategies so we may come to Campaign for that as well. It would be nice to be able to tie all of the channels together and make a cohesive solution.
We aren't using any other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, but we are in review of the products to be prepared should the need arise.
