Adobe Campaign is being used as a marketing software to automate much of our marketing efforts and ensure consistency in our messaging cross-channel, including SMS, email, social media, etc. This tool helps us to improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts by focusing on what works and remaining consistent. Most of our organization uses this software as we are almost all typically involved in our client's marketing process in some way.

Adobe Campaign has many more features and functionality, which is why it is the best option. The price, however, is a bit more expensive than other competitors making it a harder option to choose for smaller businesses. We, however, do tons of marketing and also market for other clients so we need to keep track of a lot of different marketing efforts.
