Overall Satisfaction

Adobe Connect is being used primarily for a few of our solutions across a handful of companies. Accounts are set-up and managed by Korn Ferry for these clients and URLS and dial-in information are provided so our clients can meet virtually with our internal team members (consultants).
Generally used across our consulting, assessment, coaching services. However, the platform is used internally for as a training platform to show visual documents, records meetings and achieve better global audio lines of communication.
Addresses the business need to be accessible by individuals around the globe, standard/general platform that is easily understood by users
  • Provides prompts on what to do - example: pop up box automatically to connect your audio automatically appears when joining
  • Easy to enter the platform as guest. Other systems like Adobe are time intensive and confusing to use. Adobe is simple., straight forward, and troubleshooting issues is easy.
  • Room layouts are easy to manage and can be customized to meet needs
  • Like that I can upload documents to the site and easily use them
  • Able to control permissions of other users such as host vs. participant permissions. Makes managing things for clients better as I can control layouts and details which reduced clients changing something incorrectly that result in me having to troubleshoot
  • The options for closing tabs. It seems that once a notes field is opened, it's always a drop down. I would like to know if there was a "close" option as I currently only use the "hid" option which renders any past notes (notes 1, notes 2, etc.) drop downs
  • A prompt upon existing if the system should clear the notes or chat fields or leave for future use.
  • Better audio bridges in Brazil for Adobe
  • Have "My Audio Profile" information on the same page as the "My Meeting" rooms. Now I have to go to the audio profile to retrieve host/dial-in and URL International codes, etc. Would be nice to have in one place
  • Easy, efficient, smooth communication.
  • Accuracy. Able to send Chat History for records
  • Good customer service
I have used WebX sites and others I do not recall. Adobe is easier to use, less complex, are not as many steps to follow just to get set up, don't require accounts to be created for our users (Enter as Guest feature is huge).
Proven to be sustainable, reliable.

I don't make the renewal decisions, but would recommend that we keep the platform compared to the options I have seen/experienced.
What do they want to do? Is visual needed? Are documents needed to be viewed? Do live activities need to be seen - such as sharing of the desktop/application. Does it need to be recorded?
