Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

This was used as an eLearning tool but I found that when more than 4 people attended, the system was bogged down and latency was quite large. It ended up that the meeting had to be muted by the participants and then only one person at a time could actually speak without it dropping other people. I wasn't impressed. I think WebEx is better suited for a large group.

  • Fix the system so more than 5 people can be on at one time.

Adobe should stick to the creation of multimedia. They venture into online collaborative applications doesn't work for me. For some reason, corporations think they need to have their hand in everything. It seems the mantra is let's be mediocre at everything rather than really good at one or two things.

I like the interface, especially for someone using Adobe products. The continuity across softwares helps with functionality.
