Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect
We have a large team of individuals that manage content for our large website. Prior to the pandemic, we would conduct in-person training sessions. Obviously, this was not possible recently. We have used Adobe Connect to conduct online training sessions for our staff instead of conducting in-person training. This has worked very well for us and we have received great feedback from our users.
- Ability to conduct online training sessions.
- Ability for users to connect from any location.
- Ability to record.
- It is fairly expensive.
- More online tutorials for admins.
- Allowed normal operations to continue while working remote.
- Allowed online training sessions to be held.
- Allowed trainings to be recorded for future viewing.
Adobe Connect is better for hosting online training sessions. It seems to provide more control over the virtual meeting environment when compared to Teams. Although both offer many of the same features it just seems that Adobe Connect is the easier product to use.
