Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Echosign is being used as an integration with NetSuite to sign multiple documents and agreements throughout the organization.
  • NetSuite integration is seamless
  • Easy to use for reps, including Sales folks
  • Horrible Customer Experience, little to no communication on issues or concerns when we have emailed them
  • Not an ethical organization, they have not lowered our pricing after a previous commitment and only entertained it after we received competitor pricing. Even then they tried to lock us into a 3-year agreement without even talking to us
  • Ease of use has been great for us to get customers to sign documents, and it has helped us grow in that area
I used them because I had previous positive experiences with them, but now that I am at Cali Bamboo I am looking to move away from them to a company like DocuSign because they have the same features and functionality but more flexible pricing and better reps.
Adobe EchoSign has been a horrible experience for our company. I have been a customer of theirs before and have had no issues, but now they have lied during the sales process and are not giving us the discount that we agreed upon during the sales process. The only way they agreed to it was when I submitted my cancellation notice where they matched the pricing but slid in a 3-year deal without notice. They have not been responsive and my rep, Ulicces Gonzalez has been horrible. Buyers beware, please go to Docusign or another company that has good customer service!
