Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Experience Manager

Highly adopted item. Our biggest issues are globalization at scale, and using Document Authoring.

Pros

  • Seamless integration on our current solutions
  • Ease of use, and allowance for customization
  • Adaptability at scale

Cons

  • AI Block creation - allowing us to create blocks automatically using general code base
  • globalization for Document Authoring.
  • Able to set-up things like Multi-Account for customer manipulation
  • Ease of use in creating and adapting Punch out with our commerce systems
Does a lot of things well, there are nitpicking things that I'd like, and that's about it.

  • Connections with other applications
  • Multi-site / multi-language
