Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly

Adobe Firefly is used to produce advertisement or client images for headers on their websites. It's a good outlet for getting fast images made instead of having to use a designer.

Pros

  • quickness
  • convenience
  • quality

Cons

  • Watermarks
  • Scale
  • Creation limitations
  • Cheaper costs
  • Potentially no designers
  • Faster productivity
It's very simple to use. Firefly is meant for amateur designers that are not capable of designing themselves. It's a very straight forward general userface. I can see anybody using this product with no challenges. The design limitations are basic filters and composition styles. I don't see very many advanced or seasoned designers using this.
Well Adobe Firefly is unique in it's own way. Consider it more of a go to application for smaller end projects where you need to create a quick marketing campaign. Instead of spending hours designing the elements, you could use Firefly to speed up your productivity. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are more for advanced freehand designing. The problem with Firefly, in my opinion, is the limited creative it allows. Once you use it enough you will understand what I mean by this. It only allows certain keywords or phrases to be used. Let's say you were doing a political campaign, the images that it would generate are all generic. That's why it's only good for certain designs.

Do you think Adobe Firefly delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Firefly's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Firefly live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Firefly go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Firefly again?

Yes

For web developers working on client projects, they will find this tool a really fast easy application. Generally good for medium to small sized projects. Large products will need to hire a designer for the images because you will hit a creative limitation.
