Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Learning Manager
We currently used Adobe Learning Manager to support the front line call center agents learning on products, procedures, and soft skills on sales and customer service. Adobe Learning Manager addresses access and accountability issues with training materials. It primarily impacts internal employees, however, our client uses it as a repository for their process documents.
Pros
- User interfaces.
- Account creation and management.
- Look and feel controls.
Cons
- Easier admin use and functionality.
- E-Learning result reporting.
- Forced gamification elements.
- Higher employee engagement with learning.
- The client is happy with the look and feel.
Adobe Learning Manager is more business focused than Canvas and Blackboard. It is also more user friendly than SuccessFactors and Cornerstone. iSpring is the only other LMS that is comparable.
