Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
Designed with a simple ui and thorough support, Adobe Marketo Engage is a potent marketing automation tool for us. Though smaller companies and new companies may find it difficult given its great expense and complexity. But it's client segmentation and tailored communications allows us advertisers to craft quite interesting campaigns. It also have a very flexible and strong capabilities which include multi-chanel integration, efficient campaign administration and instantanous performance measures for campaign optimization which was really helpful for our campaigns.

- Marketo has a large feature set which meets all of our marketing needs.
- Syncs with Salesforce without any hassle so we can use the data from Marketo in Salesforce.
- Has smart list and automation tools like flow builder built-in.
Cons
- It sometimes loads very slowly even though we have very good internet connection. And it's not like that I only experienced this slow loading time, quite a few people experienced the same issue in our team.
- It was the only major problem, apart from that we did not face any other problem.
- The client segmentation feature helps us target our customers individually and hence get better lead conversion.
- After we started using Marketo Engage, our overall ROI has increased.
