Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign across our entire organization. It is very useful for signing contracts, NDAs, any pretty much anything else that requires a signature. It is very easy to use and integrates nicely into other apps that we use. It solves the problem of, "how do i sign this" and "who signs this and how do I get it to them".

We typically reach out to support to get users unlocked if they had their account deactivated. When ever we reach out we typically get a response within the hour and the issue is resolved in that same time span. I haven't had an issue with support albeit we don't reach out that much
Interface is simple and easy to use. Non-technical users are able to use the product with ease. Executives who are often busy with other things and can't sit with IT for a demo of something are able to figure the product out with very little instruction. That alone is very useful

I haven't used DocuSign a ton so i can't really compare the 2.
Adobe Sign is great if your business signs a ton of documents. It is great if you have a lot of people who talk to a lot of clients that need a lot of signatures. The process for requesting signatures is seamless. I wouldn't use it if you/your company sign documents infrequently
