Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

When the pandemic hit our organization, we had to pivot in a different direction, like most organizations, in our documentation processes. Contracts still need to be created, signed, and filed and Adobe Sign made that process an easy one. We are in the process of using Adobe Sign for our hourly employees by making their timesheets more accessible via Adobe Sign and there will be a quicker turnaround in submission and completion before the payroll cutoff which helps our Payroll Officer a great deal. Adobe Sign is being used across the organization, some departments more than others based on the needs.

  • Allows one to track the status of a document.
  • Keeps documents secured
  • Would be nice to have the capability to edit a document that one is sending.
  • Easier understanding of workflows.
  • Mega-sign flow process to more than two parties would be great.
  • Quicker turnarounds on contracts.
  • Quicker process for purchase request forms.
  • Nothing negative except getting buy-in across the organization.
I gave this rating because I have asked several questions about workflows and mega signs to where customer support has just referred me to the videos that have been created which didn’t solve the issues that I was concerned with. Not sure if it’s because it’s easier to refer someone elsewhere or because the support didn’t know how to support.
With some time for self-learning and navigation, using Adobe Sign hasn’t been too bad of an experience. Training others on the process has its challenges, but that’s because everyone learns differently. Having training support from Adobe would be a great benefit to any organization that is using Adobe Sign on a daily basis.
Adobe Sign isn’t being used by the higher education industry any different than any other business structure. Backs were put in corners during the current pandemic and Adobe Sign was and is here to help us get out of them. Adobe Sign saves a lot of people a lot of time with the ability to create and save templates.

Adobe Sign is well suited in organizations that have tons of documents and contracts that need to be signed on a constant basis. Appropriate when a document must be signed on a tight deadline when the person that needs to sign it is on vacation 2000 miles away. Being able to reach them at any email address is great. Less appropriate times, I couldn’t tell you, especially now during these times of remote work.
