Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Helpful during COVID-19. Being used throughout the whole company. Only frustration is I wish there were a referral given to a company/person to help create forms.

  • Help making forms.
  • Understandable CSRs.
  • Honest sales people.
  • Neutral.
It’s difficult to understand someone whose first language is not English, when dealing with American consumers.
Experience and comparison with DocuSign.

DocuSign wasn’t user friendly at all. Adobe is more user friendly but could still use some improvement with forms.
Well suited in an organizational that has someone knowledgeable in creating forms.
