Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use it for onboarding new employees... we have created our employment docs in Adobe Sign and we send the packet out to new employees to complete. It has saved us a lot of time and effort to be able to remotely hire employees and it's easy to use and the electronic signature is as good as a physical signature.
  • Fairly robust form creator.
  • Simplistic approach to sending docs.
  • Easy to track documents that are out for signature.
  • Would like to be able to add dropdown boxes in designing forms.
  • More flexibility to go back and edit forms and packets of forms to add more forms and names before sending a packet out... after preview would like to be able to go back and continue to edit before sending docs for signature.
  • Would like to have folders in the manage area in order to file older docs that are completed.
  • This has saved a lots of time for the administrators as well as the employees.
  • It's very convenient since we can do everything remote with Adobe Sign.
  • It's accurate since the forms have the ability to add required fields.
We don't use the support much, but when we have they have provided good support. We used 'Chat' support mostly as I recall.
It's fairly easy to use, the learning curve is not too bad, and the interface is pretty user friendly. The form builder is also fairly intuitive and it also has some automated features that can be helpful when developing a new form.
We use it in two key areas. We use it for employees to sign employee documents and confirming that policies are read and received. We also use it to retrieve banking information for our accounts payable process.

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

It's been a while since we used SignNow, but as I recall Adobe Sign had better features and more friendly user interface. We wanted to be able to load multiple different forms into a packet and have shared fields carry through the document, so that when someone entered their name on one form, if the name field was included on multiple forms, the system would populate all of the name fields accordingly.

It's easy to quickly send documents to employees or volunteers for a quick signature. We use it to gather direct deposit information from church volunteers so that we can reimburse them for church expenses electronically. We also use the system for onboarding of employees both in the church as well as with the preschool teachers. It's easy for employees to use and they can also upload documents to be attached.
