Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign for contracts and other important documents to be signed. The problem Adobe Sign resolves is not having to wait for clients to scan in and return documents and instead receive documents back quickly.
  • Tracking when the document was opened and signed.
  • Reminder feature.
  • Admin User account. I would like my staff to be able to login with my user to be able to send out the documents when I am not able to. I don't want to share my login creditials with them, so them having a user account tied to mine would be amazing.
  • Being able to modify the signing package after it has been sent and remove or add on document versus having to cancel and start the signing package all over again.
  • Adobe Sign has made our office more efficient and the client experience better.
I have had to contact support in the past and I was not pleased with the turnaround time and also the person I was speaking to was not understanding nor patient and actually hung up in my face.
It is very easy to use.
Signing contracts and important documents for cases.

Price is good. Only thing I wished it had was a user admin feature.
When our office needs to obtain multiple signatures on one document it keeps everything very organized and in one place.
