I use Adobe Sign for sending out contracts to potential clients as well as signing internal agreements.

It works.
I use Adobe Sign to request signatures on contracts of prospective clients. I also use Adobe Sign to sign internal agreements

I would rate GetAccept as a superior product due to the collaborative aspect of the document, as well as the notifications and read receipts are much more robust.
Overall, it gets the job done. I've worked with other signage software with more collaborative aspects. But if you just want to get a document signed, this works fine.
