Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

To send different documents to our clients to sign. It makes it easier for us and customers to review and sign documents especially with COVID restrictions.
  • The emails being sent and options we have regarding those emails.
  • Workflows
  • Easy to follow steps and simple and yet effective web.
  • More Customization (e.g. changing the text and buttons in the emails).
  • When we add a signature box we only ask customers to type an email once, we need to be able to ask them to type it twice and cross-reference them in case there is a typo in the email the first time they type it.
  • Helped with making the signing documents easy for our clients.
  • Some departments don't find it that easy in some cases to use adobe sign.
Although it's a good product there is still room for improvement.
Same reason as the last question.
When we have new clients we use Adobe Sign to send the agreement to sign. We also use it with our existing customers to renew agreements and to submit requests (like claims).

For simple forms and signatures (one signature sent to one person) or an online form on the website for one person to sign is good. Adding more people to sign and complete workflows are need to be handled very well.
