Adobe Workfront works

We use it to manage all of our projects, resources, and static content reviews. It's ideal for centralizing all of our workflow steps and project data in one place.

We do use Workfront Proof to manage reviews of static deliverables. It helps multiple stakeholders review the same file and centralizes all of that feedback in one place instead of sending multiple emails back and forth. We also use it to manage our financial data, but do wish that there was more robust functionality around estimates and change orders.

We love the Updates feature on Projects that shows us who is doing what and when in addition to using Mentions.
