Administration side of Workforce Now - from a processing perspective

I'm not a decision maker for my company. But if asked, I would say that ADP Workforce Now is a payroll application that does well with payroll, taxes, and audits. It is not up to speed with electronic record keeping of HR employment records and benefit files. The application itself is very difficult to customize and ADP often changes background systems that affect their clients - often without communicating to systems administrators for their clients.
