Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I currently use ADP Workforce Now within my current Role. I am the only employee that currently utilizes the system for payroll processing although employees have access at the employee level (self service). The issues addressed are time and attendance and payroll processing.

Pros

  • Ease of use (user friendly).
  • Easy flow from time keeping into payroll.
  • Reports are very user friendly.

Cons

  • Some canned reports need to be recreated to make adjustments for report processing.
  • The cost of the program is expensive.
  • The transferring of employees from one department to another can be tedious at times.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
  • Longer wait times for customer service.
Paylocity was easier to use (functionality of the system as a whole) but was very limited and geared towards smaller companies.
This platform is well suited for mid-sized companies that do not have several reporting levels.
