Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I used ADP Workforce Now at my prior employer as well as at a client. It was helpful to have multiple tools (Payroll, Benefits Admin, PTO calculations) in one place.
  • Payroll administration is top notch. Additionally, their customer service could always assist with an issue or tax question.
  • From what I recall, some of the different portals could only be used on certain platforms like Foxfire but others could be used on Explorer so I remember having to toggle between websites to access different information.
  • Since I have used ADP for over 10 years it is my go-to payroll and HRIS system that I will recommend to my clients.
  • ABRA
ABRA didn't have a payroll function just HRIS and it was antiquated.
I used ADP Workforce Now at a larger employer (over 150 employees) as well as a smaller employer (under 50 employees) and it was great for both sizes.
