Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I used ADP Workforce Now at my prior employer as well as at a client. It was helpful to have multiple tools (Payroll, Benefits Admin, PTO calculations) in one place.
- Payroll administration is top notch. Additionally, their customer service could always assist with an issue or tax question.
- From what I recall, some of the different portals could only be used on certain platforms like Foxfire but others could be used on Explorer so I remember having to toggle between websites to access different information.
- Since I have used ADP for over 10 years it is my go-to payroll and HRIS system that I will recommend to my clients.
- ABRA
ABRA didn't have a payroll function just HRIS and it was antiquated.
