Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Our company used ADP Workforce Now for payroll purposes only. When I started with the company, I started inputting more and more information on it. A few months ago, we switched to ADP TotalSource as there were more ways we could utilize ADP's platform.
Pros
- Processing payroll: it only takes a couple minutes for ADP Workforce Now to generate a preview of the register. On ADP TotalSource I have to wait 20 minutes or more for the preview. Also, it can be downloaded ins Excel, which I cannot on TotalSource.
- Customization: the home screen can be changed to fit the company's personality.
- Fairly intuitive to navigate. The platform, particularly the PTO request section, is well designed.
Cons
- If you have any issues, calling them is awful! I've had issues with payroll where I call the service center, wait on hold for over an hour, and then they drop my call! This has happened multiple times.
ADP WorkForce Now (WFN) is much better than ADP TotalSource. If I could go back and redo it, I would have stayed with WFN and then chosen to incorporate some of the other modules WFN can incorporate (time keeping, benefits, etc.).
