Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being utilized throughout our entire organization. We have offices in five states and several other remote employees.
ADP Workforce Now allows us to deliver pay and tax statements, conduct benefit enrollment and many other processes electronically. This eliminates duplication of effort, reduces errors and cuts down on paper and processing time for our employees as well as HR/Payroll practitioners.

Pros

  • Benefit self-service. Eliminates reams of paper and speeds up the enrollment process.
  • Managing paid time off. Makes requesting, using and approving time off a snap.
  • Electronic carrier connections with our insurance providers makes benefits administration so much easier.

Cons

  • I would like to see better access/reporting with regards to historical data and changes.
  • I would like to see more functionality around the recording and tracking of employee events, milestones, reminders, etc.
  • I would like to see one consolidated monthly invoice for all of our ADP services, instead of several invoices spread throughout the month.
  • ADP's self-service feature has saved us a ton of time, paper and labor.
  • Likewise, the electronic carrier connections with our insurance carriers have been a huge time-saver and has improved the accuracy of our benefit enrollments.
As a payroll processing partner, I trust that ADP has the expertise and that they will handle all aspects of our payroll within the parameters of the law and applicable regulations. As a software provider, they have made great strides over the past couple of years to ensure that their product is evolving and meeting the needs of their clients!
