Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used company-wide for hiring, payroll and time tracking. It streamlines a lot of our daily processes into one system.
  • Streamlines multiple functions on one platform
  • Keeps us up to date on events through ADP emails
  • Helps us to stay current and in compliance
  • Sometimes there can be slight delays in function but usually it's just an Internet issue
  • Although the portal is easy to navigate, there are times when it helps to make a phone call to the support team to figure something out
  • It allows us to have everything all in one place as opposed to dealing with multiple platforms
ADP Workforce is well suited for situations where a company wants to maintain their data in one system.
