Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use Workforce Now for payroll, hr, recruiting. Our managers and employees also use Workforce Now.

Pros

  • The integrity of the payroll and associated tax reporting is outstanding. This is the most important feature in my view.

Cons

  • It is difficult to get information from Workforce Now in a way that is useful. The report writing feature is extremely limited.
  • Training on new enhancements isn't marginal. Sometimes you need more than a 30 second clip.
  • We have had to increase staff to make up for the lost functionality when we went from our previous vendor to ADP. Our number 1 reason for staying with ADP is the quality of the payroll.
Less functionality. More accuracy in payroll processing.
Does a good job in processing accuate payrolls. Difficult to get information out, especially with training being so limited. I pay for, but don't even use the cloud because there is so little training available. When asking for training, most of the time referred to the support site question section. If you can't find what you need there, you are out of luck. We have opted not to use Performance Management simply because of the difficulty getting informtion/training. It is expensive to use a stand alone product, but there is little confidence in ADP where this feature is concerned.
