Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used by the entire organization to the best of my knowledge. ADP Workforce Now is used to log hours, as well as to review pay stubs. It is a comprehensive tool that is very simple to use and effective. Pay statements can be reviewed efficiently.
- ADP Workforce Now is easy to use, it is comprehensive and very user friendly. These are strengths because it allows for efficient use during the workday.
- ADP Workforce Now provides a platform to review all pay statements in an organized fashion. Reviewing pay stubs is easy to do within ADP Workforce Now and I can clearly see where all of the taxes, time off, insurance, etc is broken up in a clear manner.
- ADP Workforce Now provides a simple way to log work hours.
- ADP Workforce Now does not have any features that I have encountered that I have had difficulty using. I have been satisfied with my ability to navivgate through the system.
- When I first began logging my work hours with ADP Workforce Now it was difficult for me to create the second row in order for me to log morning hours and afternoon hours. Some of the new folks have trouble with that as well. I now have mine setup with 2 rows. It is easier now that I have set the template up to be that way.
- ADP Workflow [the workflow management capabilities of Workforce Now] is a very efficient way for our organization to perform HR functions.
