Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our entire company uses ADP Workforce Now for tracking pay stubs, PTO, etc. It allows each of us to easily keep track of our compensation, as well as how much PTO has bee accrued, used, etc. The user interface is pretty great and it's very intuitive to find the things I've looked for within the web app.
  • The user interface is very intuitive and easy on the eyes. Not too much noise around what you're looking for.
  • The web app, in general, is very reliable. I've never had any issues logging in, gaining access to the necessary resources or anything like that.
  • The alerts, tasks, and notifications are helpful for getting action items done on time. Sort of gamified like a social network - I like that.
  • I don't really have much to say here except that the view for pay statements could be slightly improved. The check images is a cute idea, but at the end of the day it's not very functional to flip back and forth between gross pay and net pay with dates on one side but not the other - this would be much better if it were just a simple table of important information, like gross and net pay and taxes paid, etc.
The only similar products I've used were all in-house, custom built applications for these functions. In general they also worked very well, although they were built for specific functions whereas ADP Workforce Now has a multitude of functionality. I didn't select ADP Workforce Now, I just work at a company that did.
ADP Workforce Now is great if you're looking for a way to track employees' pay stubs, accrued time off and usage of their time off. It also appears to be useful as an HR portal for resources and policies, although I don't believe we use that function. I'm sure there are other uses as well, although these are the only ones we've taken advantage of at my company.
