ADP Workforce Now is used for HRIS administration of the information of all employees and payroll processing. It is being used by the Human Resources department only. The business problems it addresses is payroll management.

Sometimes you have to click on so many screens to get to where you want
Setting up pay rates and codes is not as easy as I have seen with other systems.

Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - There have been time savings because payroll processing has several auto calculations that don’t have to be manually calculated. There is time savings with the fact that it’s web-based so it can be accessed from anywhere, and usually is available at all times.

UltiPro, IBM Cognos, Kronos Workforce Ready, SuccessFactors Perform and Reward, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft SCM, SilkRoad Recruiting, Infinisource iSolved and iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite

I feel that ADP workforce now is not the best software available, but one of many choices for a fully comprehensive HRIS system that can manage all functions of Human Resources if desired.

It is well-suited for somebody who wants to have a robust HRIS that has functionality across all human resources needs. Is best suited for those who want timekeeping and benefits administration. It is less appropriate for those who do not keep data updated and do not have advanced technology or employees who have access to computers.
