Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used for Payroll, Human Resource Management, and Employee Self-service. It is used across the entire company. It helps our financial team and human resource team.

I'm optimistic that the product will meet our needs sufficiently overtime. There are certain components that are offered that do not necessarily serve our company's needs. The positive is that we are not required to use them, but it does consume time from other projects in having to go through training or calls to discuss those services.

It was not difficult to integrate, although working with both companies was necessary to make the integration successful.
Being only 6 months past implementation, I feel as though we have faced more challenges with adapting to the functionality of ADP WFN and discovering that some options presented during implementation do not function as described. Overall, the system will get you to the desired outcome, but sometimes the process or steps to get to that outcome are not efficient.
