Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used across the whole company - primarily for employee data storage, payroll, recruitment, and the analytics module. ADP Workforce Now addresses the need for data being stored in one place accessible to managers and the HR department.

Pros

  • Employee Data Storage - easy to access all data quickly.

Cons

  • Outsourced troubleshooting - when you have an issue you are likely to be transferred to a foreign country and the representative often does not understand the issue or is not super knowledgeable about the problem you are reporting.
  • Time & Attendance - the time off functionality is limited and complicated.
ADP Workforce Now is great for employee data storage. The reporting functions are limited and also difficult to navigate at times. It seems like a lot of the new functionality and updates are created by developers who do not use the product. It would be great if they allowed actual users to test out functionality before it is launched to take feedback from actual users and make it more user-friendly.
