Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is our full HRM. It is the first fully integrated payroll and HR system for the company.
This system has allowed us to become more efficient and not have manual data entry. We are using the system currently for payroll. We are in the process of building out the recruiting and performance modules.

  • Being able view time off a month at a time for teammates/managers to see whole team.
  • Sync with Google Calendars for different milestones/time off.
  • Saved time on data entry.
  • Allows us to track time off for all employees, so less paper is used.
I believe that ADP is easy-to-use and easy to navigate. The drag and drop functionality and ease of use is great in reports as well as uploading.

We have not yet completed the integrations, but have plans to do so in the near future.
We previously used Paychex for payroll only and Bamboo HR for certain employees. We used manual spreadsheets to track vacation and pay. We selected ADP because it was the best tool to fit all of our needs. We were able to consolidate into one system. We no longer use a spreadsheet to track vacation time. The mobile app is wonderful for our workforce as it is easy to use. We did not have this in the past. We also liked the functionality and the fact the ADP is able to connect with TenStreet and accept a data feed from TMW.
ADP is a comprehensive system that allows for efficiency. ADP needs to have a training manual that will allow users to quickly access how to do things. Online training is not as effective, especially if you have to wait on a class.
