Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is being used for payroll processing across our whole organization. Our primary office staff uses it to clock in and out, request time off, and process payroll.

Pros

  • Time keeping.
  • Time-off requests.

Cons

  • Editing time-off request errors.
  • Rounding of time.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for time tracking, payroll processing, and employee records for employees to access. It is more difficult to edit errors and requires deletion and reentry of certain requests to correct.
