Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently are a multi-location company and use WorkForce Now for all of them. We use ADP for Time & Attendance with employees clocking in.out at their desk, and for accruing/requesting PTO.

Pros

  • Easy-to-navigate screen.
  • Customizing reporting.

Cons

  • Difficult to use with employees at different locations.
  • Too many reports.
We haven't had any issues with it so far.
The biggest issue where ADP is not suited is for employees who work at multiple locations. It just takes a lot of manual data calculation and entry.
