Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used across the organization for payroll, new hire, terminations, leave, scheduling, performance reviews, reporting, etc. The biggest issue it addresses is allowing everything to be in the same place and program. Personal and profile information are all there to view so you don't have to log in to multiple programs. Mostly HR, managers, and payroll access it.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Reporting - It makes it easy to gather information.
Scheduling - With the new roll out it's been super helpful in getting us organized.

Cons

Performance reviews and cycle processes are a nightmare.
Auto calculating vacation based on hours worked has been difficult to get set up and working correctly.

Scalability

I think ADP is a program that can be used by any size of business, regardless of the number of employees. The workflow/management set up is simple and really works and the payroll process is easy.

Overall I definitely like the setup and user-friendly interface for the most part. Reviews really could use some work as the cycles make it difficult to add and don't auto terminate when an employee is terminated. In Vacations we have been manually adding information since the calculations there have been wrong but hopefully, this will get fixed this year. If they could add onboarding process where users could upload all the forms employees needs to sign that would be awesome too but for general payroll and HR purposes, it's pretty solid.
