Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP for payroll processing and employee management throughout the entire organization. Our company's PTO, bereavement and jury duty leave program is handled through the payroll function, however, we internally calculate the amount of PTO and input the balance into the system at the beginning of the year.
The HR department is using the Applicant Tracking function of ADP to help aide in recruitment practices since August 2018.

Pros
- Payroll processing and employee management.
- Reporting - ADP has a very robust reporting function with a great update of the "field grabber" which really helps provide a hand-holding experience on creating your own reports.
Cons
- Support - Although we really appreciate the callback function, the support you receive from specialist to specialist varies with regard to troubleshooting and final answers. We generally will call 3 times to make sure we receive a consistent answer to some of our problems.
- Implementation - We were looking into different branches of ADP WFN including Onboarding, and Benefit Enrollments. At one point we were told by the CS team that ADP no longer provides implementation specialists to current clients and that we would have to rely on webinars and learning bytes to help see it through.
- ADP seems to be able to grow with the business. Our company continues to expand via headcount with the expectation we will be growing by footprint as well. We have confidence ADP will be able to help facilitate and manage the growth.
- ADP has helped maintain records and the ability to effectively recruit for our growing business.
