Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It's being used for Payroll and HR. As a seasonal resort, we don't have much need for the high tech solutions that are available and can pick and choose the options that suit our organization.

Pros

  • Manual checks.
  • Year-end processing.

Cons

  • We are satisfied with the services for our company.
  • New hires could start out with the employee number, not later in the hiring process.
  • It's a good tool at a reasonable price.
  • The ability to track the status of checks in real-time is a great feature as we have a very young summer force that is prone to misplace checks since they are too young for direct deposit.
The implementation teams were amazing and our Customer Service Rep Laura Stanek is a joy to work with. The report team, and the tax amendment team and ACA team are all highly responsive.
It fits our company's needs. While there are many options to take things to the next level, we choose not to use them but are happy to know they are there.
